It is a slow and usually gentle practice. Throughout it, the most traditional postures are carried out, in coordination with a deep and conscious breathing.

The focus is on the attention of the union of body-mind-spirit through the asanas (postures), pranayamas (control of breathing) and meditation.

At the same time you can take advantage of the physical benefits: flexibility, muscle strength and toning, release stress, improve your body posture...

Walks
Rural environment

The walks that we do during the retreat are mainly by paths and roads near the area, since the house is located in a natural environment within the Doramas Rural Park that invites to be traveled on foot.

The Finca de Osorio, one of our favorite places, occupies an area of 207 hectares, where roads, mountains, ravines, farmland and forest run.

Discovering the island

The island of Gran Canaria has extensive and beautiful beaches of golden sand and endearing villages.

The city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is also ideal for urban tourism: you can visit Las Canteras beach, one of the best urban beaches in the world, or Vegueta, the old part of the city, as well as shopping in different commercial areas…
