Payment and Cancellation Policy

 

General information

The present conditions regulate the reservation, payment and cancellation of the La Tejana Vacation Home, through the tourist intermediary LA TEJANA YOGA S.L., (hereinafter "The Company").
 
The use of the house and the acquisition of any service by any user implies full acceptance of any specific condition published on the website. For this purpose, it is recommended that the user carefully read the conditions and instructions set out in the web pages.
If you need us to provide you with any conditions or instructions in a specific way, you can do so through our email info@latejana.es.
 
The Company reserves the right to modify or delete at any time and without prior notice the conditions, services and information of reservation, payment and cancellation, as well as to limit, modify or cancel the general terms and conditions applicable to the activity. Any modification will be published on the website www.latejana.es and will be valid as of the date of publication of the same and will commit any user who has access to our services after its publication. These conditions can be consulted at www.latejana.es and saved and printed by the user using the "Print" function of your browser.

Conditions of reservation 

Customers who wish to make a reservation must request it in writing by e-mail or through the contact form at www.latejana.es/contacto. 

The Company will always confirm the availability of the house by e-mail to all interested customers who request it, who will provide the establishment with the necessary information to contact them. Said data will be duly protected by the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data. 

The Company will send, by email, the accommodation budget, dates of entry and departure, booking conditions, conditions of stay and cancellation policy, as well as any other information required by the client. 

To block the reservation and make it effective, the customer must pay a deposit of € 100 or 20% of the total amount of the holiday package (as specified in the budget). Until the Company does not receive proof of this transfer all the places and dates requested by the customer will be freely available to other users. For more information see section 'Payment conditions'. 

The Company is committed to maintaining La Tejana holiday home in perfect conditions of cleanliness and use, as advertised on its website and to provide solutions, as far as possible, to any problems that may arise.

Payment conditions

• For weekly holiday bookings:

- 100 € will be paid by bank transfer. This amount will be deducted from the final price. This deposit will confirm the reservation.
- The rest will be paid during the stay in La Tejana.

• For reservations of vacation packages or personalized holidays:
- 50% of the price of the vacation package will be paid by bank transfer. This amount will be deducted from the final budgeted price. This deposit will confirm the reservation.
- The rest will be paid during the stay in La Tejana.

Until the receipt of the transfer is received by e-mail for the agreed amount, the reservation confirmation will not be effective, leaving the place and dates available to other interested clients. The reservation will be final once The Company has received the proof of payment and has sent the client an e-mail for confirmation.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation for * causes of force majeure: 100% of the reservation will be refunded.

Cancellation made 48 hours after the reservation: 100% of the reservation will be refunded.

Cancellation prior to 15 days of arrival: 75% of the reservation will be refunded.

Cancellation between 15 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the reservation will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or 'no show': the reservation will not be returned.

In the cases in which it is necessary to make return to the client, it will be done by bank transfer to an account number provided by said client through email info@latejana.es.

It is the responsibility of the client to correctly provide all the necessary information to make the return since The Company is not responsible for errors in the account provided by the client.

In the event that the client changes the dates, it will be understood as a new reservation and will be subject to cancellation conditions.

Any cancellation will be subject to our cancellation policy.

All cancellations must be made through the email info@latejana.es. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.

* Causes of force majeure are considered: serious illness, injuries that impede mobility or death itself or of a family member of the first or second degree. Always provide official documentation to prove this particularity.
